Refund policy

The Skopos 30-day guarantee

Wear your Monk Lens at work for 30 days, counted from the day you receive them. If they are not for you, send them back for a full refund. They can be worn. They cannot be damaged.

Accepted: glasses that have been used the way they are meant to be used, with normal signs of wear.

Not accepted: scratched or cracked lenses, broken frames or hinges, or missing parts. Please include the case, the box and the cleaning cloth if you still have them.

How to return

Email hey@wearskopos.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
We send you a prepaid return label within one business day. Return shipping within the EU is free.
Pack the glasses and drop the parcel off. Please do not send anything back before you have the label.

Refunds

We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it. If nothing has arrived after 14 days, write to us and we will chase it.

Exchanges

Want another finish? Return the pair you have and place a new order. The refund and the new order are handled separately so neither has to wait for the other.

Damaged or wrong items on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you. In most cases you do not need to send the item back.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

In addition to our guarantee, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving one. An email to hey@wearskopos.com is enough. You may inspect and try the glasses the way you would in a store; because our guarantee already covers worn glasses, we make no deduction for that. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice and may wait until the glasses are back with us or you have shown that they have been sent. Return shipping within the EU is covered by our prepaid label.
