Refund policy

At EIRVIND, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at team@eirvind.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at team@eirvind.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: unused, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at team@eirvind.com.
