We’re excited to deliver your order! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when to expect your package.
Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Mainland China. Standard delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on demand and customs clearance. Most customers receive their order within 9 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping for all countries within the EU.
If your package is delayed for more than 60 days from the shipping date (exceptions apply depending on country and carrier), we will provide either a full refund or a replacement shipment – free of charge. Please contact us at team@eirvind.com in this case.
For packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we require a written statement from your local post office before we can proceed with a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing/incorrect items:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the package.
Include a photo or video clearly showing the damage or issue.
We will issue either a refund or a replacement product. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Please email team@eirvind.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once the order has been processed, unfortunately we are unable to stop it.
All orders are shipped internationally, which means delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal delays, or national holidays. While we always do our best to minimize delays, some factors are beyond our control
